Youth Well-Being

Supporting the whole student with coordinated resources and comprehensive wraparound services

Supporting Youth, Strengthening Futures

Everyone’s life journey is different, and so is the support needed to reach their goals.

The Youth Well-Being element—formerly Coordinated Resources—goes beyond connecting CareerBound students to services. While coordinated resources remain essential, we recognize that ensuring young people are healthy and whole requires a broader ecosystem of support.

This element will connect students to a cohesive network of community-based and social sector partners to break down barriers and address their unique needs. Support areas will include mental and physical health, transportation, childcare, substance use, interpersonal violence and crisis intervention, financial literacy, life skills, and more.

  • Students can ask for help at any time during CareerBound. They may also be referred to services by teachers, CareerBound staff, mentors, or other adult supporters
  • Services may be emergency-based or ongoing based on the student’s individual needs
  • All coordinated services will be FREE for the student

  • Students across all elements are eligible for coordinated services

  • Students must currently be connected to CareerBound

Ensure Youth Well-Being
