Grads2Careers is for recent Baltimore City Public Schools graduates, ages 18-21 — who are planning to enter the workforce instead of college immediately after graduation — to access high-growth, high-demand careers through free occupational skills training.
Stackable Credentials allows Grads2Careers graduates to pursue additional post-secondary education and stackable credentials for increased wage potential in their desired field.
This critical approach brings together our commitment to literacy through enhancing academic readiness, career exposure, and life skills development for rising 9ᵗʰ graders through 12ᵗʰ grade—and post graduation.
Youth Well-Being connects participants in all CareerBound elements with community-based and social service partners offering the wraparound support they need to thrive, including mental healthcare, transportation, childcare, and more.
